Cycle Training – Providing the Skills to use a Bike on the Road

Generally we are unable to provide cyclist training for non-riders and studies have shown that children younger than nine do not have the skills to judge the speed and position of approaching vehicles that are needed to safety cycle unsupervised.

However training for both adults and children with little confidence or no experience in riding a bike is available during the summer months from:
